Green Bay, Wi (WSAU) Green Bay Packers’ defensive back Brandon Underwood is due in court this morning for a domestic dispute with his estranged wife. The 25-year-old Underwood is charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct, in his second arrest in the last 13 months. Police said he dragged 25-year-old Brandie Underwood from a car and threw her to the ground on June 16th in their driveway. That was the night the Packers received their rings for winning Super Bowl-45 – and police said the two had argued about several items including a necklace she received as a player’s wife. Prosecutors said Underwood grabbed the chain as she was wearing it, and it broke. Brandie filed for divorce in late May, and a court hearing in that case is set for May 13th. Last June, two women told police that Underwood sexually assaulted them at a Wisconsin Dells resort where he and several teammates were in a charity golf outing. Underwood was fined 379-dollars this spring after he pleaded no contest to a prostitution charge involving non-marital sexual intercourse. Green Bay drafted Underwood in 2009 in the sixth round. He had 10 tackles in 12 games last season.
