53-year-old Donald Coughlin is charged with one count of first-degree child sex assault, 2 counts of second-degree assault, and 2 charges of child enticement.
Sheriff’s detective Shaun Goyette said the victims came forward last year, and they’re now in their 20’s and 30s.
The charge against Daniel Coughlin involved one child victim in 1990. The counts against his brother involved five victims who were 7 to 16 at the time. The state Justice Department helped Juneau County officers with the investigation.
