MADISON, Wis. (WTAQ) - A Middleton man has been arrested for driving drunk in a child care delivery van with 3 youngsters inside.

Police in Madison arrested the driver on Tuesday, while he was taking kids from an elementary school to the Early Childhood Learning Center. Officers said the driver’s blood alcohol content was over twice the legal limit.

Another employee of the center picked up the kids, ages 5, 7, and 9.
