STEVENS POINT, Wis (WSAU) A Stevens Point native and U-W-S-P grad will take over as unit commander in the 120th Field Artillery Unit of the Wisconsin National Guard.

Starting September 12th, Jesse Losinski will become commander of Bravo Battery, First Battalion of the 120th. He'll replace Captain Daniel Hendershot, who is becoming the assistant operations officer at the 120th's headquarters.

Losinski served with the military police in Iraq in 2009. His new National Guard assignment includes retraining his artillery unit for the first time in six years.
