Do you remember the trio Stealing Angels?  They were comprised of Tayla Lynn, granddaughter of Loretta Lynn,  Jennifer Wayne, John Wayne's granddaughter and Caroline Cutbirth, a descendant of Daniel Boone.  The band is no longer together but former members Jennifer and Caroline are teaming up to compete on the latest season of “The Amazing Race.”

Premiering on Feb. 17 on CBS, the ladies will race around the world in order to win the $1 million grand prize.When asked about some of their strengths and weaknesses, the girls discussed some of what their family taught them.

“My grandpa is John Wayne, so I got passed down some of his toughness,” Wayne said.

Cutbirth, said though she has Daniel Boone's blood in her genes, she doesn’t have any of his pioneering skills. “I love adventure… and charting new courses. But sometimes I just go in the wrong direction.”

I've watched Amazing Race in the past, my daughters and I loved tuning in, I think I'll tune in to the new season to cheer Caroline and Jennifer on. :)
