Glee actor Mark Salling's character Puck is a jerk who is a total "hound dog" on the show, is that behavior bleeding over into real life?  Salling's been accused of sexual battery in a new lawsuit filed by a former girlfriend.

According to TMZ.com, Roxanne Gorzela claims in her lawsuit that in March of 2011 she had a sexual encounter with Salling, six months after she says they began dating. She says she consented to having sex with him with a condom, but he allegedly initiated intercourse without protection.

Later that month, the plaintiff says, she went to Salling's home, discovered another woman there, and demanded that he prove to her that he did not have a sexually-transmitted disease. Salling allegedly grabbed her and pushed her to the ground. Gorzela says she filed a police report later that day.

Gorzela seeks unspecified damages.

Salling's rep tells TMZ, "There is no truth to this. It's the textbook case of a disgruntled girl looking to cash in on a TV star's success."
