Mindy McCready is mourning the death of her boyfriend, David Wilson, who committed suicide at his home in Heber Springs, Ark., Jan. 13.

Wilson was the father of McCready's 9-month-old son, Zayne.

According to the Cleburne County Sheriff's Office, the 34-year-old record producer died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. He was taken to a nearby hospital where he was later pronounced dead, the New York Daily News reports.

McCready, has also attempted to commit suicide multiple times in the past.
