LeAnn Rimes may have entered an in-patient treatment facility for anxiety and stress late last month, but she is still keeping up with her work obligations.
Rimes, 30, attended VH1 Save The Music Foundation's Songwriters Music Series Thursday night in Napa, California. This isn't the first performance for Rimes since entered treatment. She performed on Sept. 7 at the Eau Claire Regional Arts Center in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. "I'm on a plane headed to see all my fans in Wisconsin tonight!" Rimes wrote in a blog post titled "Back At It!" before her show.
After Rimes decided to get help, her rep told Us Weekly she was in treatment to "learn and develop coping mechanisms" for stressful situations. But a source close to Rimes and her husband, Eddie Cibrian, told Us, "LeAnn has had major insecurity issues since she first got together with Eddie [in 2009]."
"She's been stressed about always being called a home-wrecker and also worried that Eddie is cheating on her," the insider explained. "She's been on a downward spiral."
Stress sucks. Hope she's better after seeking treatment and finds the peace she's seeking.
