Holly Madison, the former Playboy Playmate and Girls Next Door star broke news to Us Weekly last week that she is expecting her first child with boyfriend Pasquale Rotella, 38.

Now 13 weeks along, Madison is showing off her pregnant bikini bod. The 33-year-old mom-to-be stepped out in a hot pink bikini  in Laguna Beach, California.  "I've always wanted to be a mom," Madison, 33, told Us. "But I thought it would take longer!"

But her boyfriend of nine months is thrilled. "I texted him from the doctor's office! I knew he'd be so happy," Holly said. "We want to have six kids.

Is it just me or doesn't she look like a pregnant Barbie?
