Miley Cyrus and her long-time beau Liam Hemsworth are reportedly engaged.  Hemsworth, 22, proposed last Thursday with a 3.5-carat diamond ring in hand.

People magazine this morning quotes 19-year-old Miley declaring, "I'm so happy to be engaged and look forward to a life of happiness with Liam."

Miley later tweeted, "thank you for all the love today :) I’m happy to share this news with you all. I feel like all my dreams are coming true. ? have a great day.”

Miley and Liam who stars in the blockbuster hit "Hunger Games", met on the set of Miley's 2009 film, The Last Song. They briefly separated in August of 2010 before resuming their relationship about a year ago.
