Hard to believe, but it's been four years since Sara Evans tied the knot with sports radio host Jay Barker.  The couple lives in Birmingham, AL, with their seven children, all between the ages of 7 and 13 years old.  The families have blended beautifully thanks to Sara and Jay's strong relationship.

"We have been so lucky to have the love, chemistry and connection we have," Sara tells Houston's CultureMap.com.  "The children have that too.  They share our personalities.  We are a sports family, very athletic.  We play together as much as we can."
