Cookies, cookies, cookies!  My job is pretty awesome, but it gets even better when sweet listeners share treats with me! :o)  Thank you Dave and Carol!!  It was VERY much needed today too as the start of my day was a rough one...

I woke up on the WRONG side of the bed this morning, was a big 'ol crabby pants with a killer headache with no patience for the slow driver in front of me at the McDonald's drive thru.  I just wanted my iced latte so I could get back to  my long commute to work and get to the rest of my day.  Imagine my suprise when I handed over my money to pay for my breakfast and  was told that the women in front of me in line paid my bill and just wanted to say "Merry Christmas!"  I actually started crying because it was so nice and not at all expected! 

After my initial shock, didn't even know what to say but thank you.  Now I wish I could go back and continue to act of kindess and pay for the order for whomever was behind me in line.  This women who I didn't know reached out to a stranger with an act of kindess not wanting or asking for anything in return and completely turned my day around.  I wish I could thank her in person but since I can't, I'm going to pay her act of kindess forward as often as I can today and this weekend and into next week.

It was a wonderful reminder to me about how important kindess is.  Hoping you can find ways to pass kindess on to others.
