Jennie Garth's new look has some fans worried about the Beverly Hills, 90210 alum.

US Weekly shares a picture of Jennie taken Tuesday morning, which shows the 40-year-old actress looking dramatically slimmed down -- bordering on frail -- as she arrived to do a Fox & Friends taping in NYC.

Garth and her husband of 11 years, Peter Facinelli, announced their plans to split in early March; on March 28, Facinelli filed for divorce, citing "irreconcilable differences," and requesting joint legal and physical custody of the couple's three daughters, Luca, 14, Lola, 9, and Fiona, 5.  According to Garth, 40, her recent weight loss is a result of the split.

"I've been certainly going through a transitional time in my life and I think anybody who has been through something like what I'm going through, and have been going through for the past couple years, can definitely relate that your body changes with your emotional state of mind sometimes," she told ET Canada August 8. "I think a lot of women can relate to that."

We can only imagine emotionally what she's going through but anyone that has been through a break-up knows they can be hell.  Wishing her nothing but the best.
