Carrie Underwood, Little Big Town, Joe Nichols and Danny Gokey were among the country stars visiting St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee over the weekend. They were there as a part of the Country Cares for St. Jude Kids radio seminar, headed up by Country Music Hall of Fame member Randy Owen of Alabama. Carrie was very moved by her visit with some of the kids undergoing cancer treatment at St. Jude. Still, she describes it as a happy place saying, quote, "There are pictures on the wall -- kid-created pictures -- and it is not like a hospital. It is not a cold environment." In the 20 years since Country Cares for St. Jude was created, more than 365 million dollars has been raised for the research facility.
