2010 marks the 10th year of Rascal Flatts  in country music, and the band's three members are planning to celebrate in grand style. According to The Tennessean, The Flatts will embark on a 10-year anniversary tour in the summer and a brand-new album is expected to come out in the fall.  Describing the new tour, Jay DeMarcus says, quote, "We're going to have a lot of big surprises and do some stuff that will throw some people off."
