Lady Antebellum

While Lady Antebellum's Hillary Scott has often joked about being the lone female when the group hits the road with their band, Charles Kelley shares that the experience has opened the guys' eyes. He tells AOL's The Boot, "It's different... you have to be cognizant of the fact that she is the only girl, and she's not used to having all these guys around." One important lesson for them has been learned. Kelley reveals, "A couple of times, the guys would [argue], and guys don't think anything of it – and Hillary would be kind of sensitive to that kind of stuff. So it took a good year before we all kind of understood." On the other hand, Scott has been well versed in guy talk. Charles explains, "Obviously now, she doesn't get as embarrassed by things somebody says like she used to. She's kind of used to all the vulgar and crude talk that goes around in a band. But it's been great. Honestly... I think the three of us are closer now than we've ever been."
