I’ve never typed with gloves on before but I’m finding out I’m pretty good at it! We have no heat in our broadcast center and I’m flippin’ freezin’! One of our boilers broke a couple of weeks ago and it won’t be replaced until next week and with the temperatures falling daily it is getting increasingly colder and colder in the building and harder and harder to deal with. I’m shivering all day long, so much so I think I lost a pound or two. At least I can wear warm sweatshirts with layers on every day, I am grateful you only hear my voice every day and don’t see me so I don’t have to dress up but can dress down to stay warm. Another positive note, we have our Christmas party this afternoon woo hoo! It’s being catered in this year and I’m looking forward to chillin’ for a couple of hours with my radio peeps from all five of our stations. Bring on the Christmas cheer! WDEZ Club Bonus is Boiler.
