Chef Elizabeth Hinner of Red Eye (vs. Chef Dan Loomis of Hoffman House) won with: Braised Cabbage and Kale Gratin and Pork Medallions finished with a Apple Blueberry Compote served with Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Butternut Squash.  Both did a great job!
