"After much consideration, our facility decided to choose Katy Perry’s “Part of Me.” We sat as a group and decided the lyrics fit the role of cancer perfectly. When the diagnosis of cancer is given, many things can be lost, but one thing it can never take is the soul. Our goal in joinging this competition was to raise awareness in our community. We already consider ourselves winners, as we have spread the word through making this video. We will continue to move forward by promoting the video, inspiring people to join us in taking a stand against cancer. The ending of our video sends a strong message. The fight never ends. We have all personally pledged to never take the gloves off. We would like to thank Medline for the opportunity to be part of such an uplifting experience."
