At 10 months old Mia should be using a sippy cup. We quickly learned that she doesn't like apple juice. We put a little apple juice in the cup filled mostly with water, but she didn't like it so we tried just plain water and that was better. She tends to just spill the cup everywhere or just chew on the spout without drinking any. Perhaps there is a better cup that we can use because this is not going well.

Does anyone have any tips that could help me help Mia use a sippy cup? Do you have a favorite brand or style sippy cup that doesn't leak all over?
