- Look at sites like blackfriday.com to find out which stores have teh things on your list as well as door busters.
- Make sure you pay attention to door buster times, because many stores have different door busters at different times.
- Take water, dehydration can make your Black Friday shopping trip end in misery
- Fill a thermos, unless you plan on hitting that $5 cup of coffee more than once
- Take a buddy. You never know if the crowd you're in is the one that's going to bum rush, and people have been known to lose their lives. Don't go alone.
- Have a plan. Map out your trip before you leave.
- Have an attitude adjustment. So many people refuse to go out because there are too many crabby people. Spread Christmas cheer.
- Share ideas. If you've already been to a store and they are out of something, tell people in line at the next store. They will be thankful they didn't waste their time.
- Set a budget!
- Have a strategy. If a store doesn't have what youwant as a time restricted door buster, try going two hours after it opens.
- Don't forget to eat. Bring snacks you don't need a blood sugar crash in the middle of your shopping trip.
- Don't get into a fight over materialistic items.
- Be mindful of elderly people they need a little extra time and space
- Get a baby sitter. Please don't drag your children with you that early in the morning! We got a message from a listener that witnessed a woman who let her child pee their pants because she refused to get out of line to take him to the bathroom!
