My poor baby is sick again. Yesterday she had a fever of 103, but after giving her some baby tylenol it started going down. She was a little warmer than normal all last night and even today and she's been very sleepy and cuddly. The baby sitter says she's a little stuffy today too. I'm wondering if this could be teething though 103 seems like a pretty high fever for teething. Perhaps she's really sick. She hasn't been around any sick people lately so I don't know where she would've gotten it from. 

When should you take a baby to the doctor for a fever?
