Mia is happy to be 1. Yesterday we sang happy birthday to her twice and she looked at us like we were crazy people. But then we had cupcakes and then she thought we were great! 

We go in for her 1 year wellness check today. According to her motor skills questionnaire she's on track (not walking yet, but close). 

I'm excited to see the doctor today to find out how we'll be changing her diet. We have already started feeding her lots of regular food like we eat, but she only has 2 bottom teeth so we are still very careful about what we give her making sure it is really soft. We are going to ask when we should be weaning Mia off the bottle and when we should stop giving her formula.
