American Idol final competition was on last night. Yup they switched nights on us! It kinda stunk that they put it up against the finale of Dancing with the Stars so I had to make a choice...watch Driver win Dancing with the Stars or watch the final competition on American Idol. Idol won.

The competition was tough last night the thing that makes me lean toward wanting Phillip to win (all of a sudden) is that I liked his final song better. I think Jessica is a more talented singer though. This is Phillip's winner song:

Many people wonder why Phillip is never in the Ford music videos. I just learned that it's because he has serious kidney problems. His doctors have told him that he needs to have surgery, but he refuses to do it until after American Idol is over. The producers give him video shoot day to rest.
