2012 Run, Bike, Unite Duathlon
United Way of Portage County
Stevens Point, WI - August 22, 2012 - United Way of Portage County will kick off their 2012 campaign with the third annual Run, Bike, Unite Duathlon on August 25 held at Sentry Insurance Headquarters. Awards will be presented by three-time Olympian and Wisconsin Potato spokesperson Suzy Favor Hamilton.
The Run, Bike, Unite Duathlon is an event celebrating wellness and activity not only for the residents of Portage County, but for people from all over the state. Last year this event brought in more than 600 participants. There are over 700 registered to participate this year.
United Way will announce their 2012 Campaign Goal as well as the amounts raised by their pace setters, Delta Dental, DigiCopy and Central City Credit Union, the day of the event.
