Just in case you don't think Facebook lets you share enough of your personal life they are making it even easier for you to share more! Facebook lets parents tell the world they are expecting! You can now enter life events on your timeline including the expectant birth of a child, a visit from a relative, an adoption of a pet and so on.
Facebook added a new feature, letting parents add that they are expecting to their timeline-- but it could be just another way to sell ads.
The new feature lets users share their unborn child's name, expected birth date and gender.
The website said it has not ruled out using the service to target parents with ads for baby-related good.
BUT.....
Some people say the service could cause unwanted stress should there be problems with the pregnancy-- or-- if there’s a miscarriage.
