Country crooner Randy Travis was arrested for the second time this year around 11:59 last night on suspicion of DWI after crashing his car. Travis's car was the only one involved in the accident and he sustained minor cuts and bruises. He was booked on "retaliation and obstruction" charge which is a felony.

Travis was arrested back in February for public intoxication after police found him drunk in his car outside a church.
