New mom Hilary Duff Tweeted a beautiful pic of her happy little family.

On March 20th Hilary Duff and her husband NHL Star Mike Comrie welcomed their first son, Luca, into the world. Ever since she's been using Twitter as an instant baby book. 

Hilary just announced that she will be working with Johnson's Baby on a charitable initiative to benefit maternal and baby health. She also announced that, "I love being a mom!" And it shows! 

What an adorable family.
