For his next (surprise) performance, Blake Shelton is towing cars.

Pop singer Cady Groves released her video for the song 'This Little Girl,' and it includes Blake sporting a 'Mr. Right Now' baseball cap.  The country superstar plays a tow-truck driver who is "fishin'" for hotrods.... (Fast-forward to 1:40, below.)

Apparently, Cady is a fan of Blake's bride.  She once joked, "I would say if Miranda Lambert, Paramore, Dixie Chicks and Taylor Swift all had a less talented baby, that would be me."
