Taylor Swift's lawyers are threatening legal action against a website claiming it has a topless picture of her.

Lawyers are threatening to file a trademark-infringement lawsuit against the website Celebrity Jihad after it posted a picture of a semi-nude woman claiming it is most likely Taylor. The pic shows a blonde with long, curly hair that the site says "bears a striking resemblance" to Taylor.

The caption says: "Taylor Swift Topless Private Pic Leaked?"

According to TMZ, Taylor's legal team sent a letter to Celebrity Jihad saying the woman in the pic isn’t Taylor. They also accused the site of spreading "false pornographic images" and "false news." They want the picture taken down.
