Baby has a lot of clothes. The good thing is they range in size from newborn to 24 months. Babies grow out of things so fast I want to be ready with the next size at all times. 

We have 5 newborn outfits. However, if this baby comes out over 8 pounds like the doctor is predicting they are all for naught. She will be in 0-3month right away or at least we hope. If she's bigger like my brother was we may be brining her home in 3-6month clothes. I should probably wash a bunch of those to be safe. All of baby's 0-3 month and newborn clothes are washed and ready to go. 

Little girl clothes are so cute! Lots of people bought her clothes for the shower, which is where most of her new clothes came from. My mom and I also bought a ton of clothes at garage sales over the summer. In my opinion there is no point in buying new clothes for babies or little kids because they grow out of them so fast. Lots of the clothes we bought at garage sales still had price tags on them from the stores!

The one outfit I did buy our daughter new was a Santa suit! It was so cute I couldn't resist and this will be her first Christmas. It has red and white striped leggings and a little fuzzy red dress with white faux fur trim and a stitched on black belt. It even comes with a Santa hat! I hope we have her in time to do family pictures for Christmas cards!

I am so excited to dress her up. It'll be like having a living doll. Just like when I was 8 and had a new baby sister to dress up, feed and change. I loved tending to my baby sister. There were many mornings I'd have the baby up, changed and dressed before my mom even got out of bed. The only thing I couldn't do was feed her. This is why my mom was so surprised that it took me so long to have a baby of my own.
