Boy will next Christmas be fun! We found out on Friday that my brother, Tony and his wife are expecting a baby girl in May and my sister, Andi and her husband found out that they are also expecting a girl in April!

Mia will have two cousins to play with! Tony's little girl will be Elizabeth Paige and Andi's will be Riley Nicole (after her favorite auntie of course:)).

When I was growing up I had two girl cousins close to my age to play with. My cousin Tricia was 11 months older and my cousin Kristen was 4 months younger. We had so much fun playing together when the family could get together. It was hard for all of us to get together because Kristen lives in Maine and Tricia in Ohio, but when we did it was a song and dance...literally. I can just picture Mia and her cousins playing and putting on shows like we did when we were small. I am so excited.

I also see my Mia being the mother hen of the group while my neice Riley, if anything like my sister, being the trouble maker. If little Lizzy is anything like my brother, she'll just go along with whatever sounds like the most fun.

My brother and sister each have their little boy and little girl. I hope Josh and I get lucky enough to have another child someday and though I'd be happy either way a part of me hopes we get a little boy next time around. We've already decided that we're not going to go through fertility treatments again so if it happens for us great and if not then it wasn't meant to be.
