The Drama of The Bachelor continues

Jake and ViennaToday I'm thinking about how this Jake and Vienna situation gets dirtier and dirtier!

The Bachelor, Jake Pavelka picked Vienna Girardi (the least liked of all the contestants) and the two got engaged. However their love story has come to an end before they could make it official.

Vienna did an interview with a magazine and totally trashed Jake saying that he wouldn't be intimate with her. Then a friend said that Vienna thought Jake might not like women.

Jake had been quiet up until this point and that's when he decided he needed to say something about the split. In an interview with People magazine Jake says he decided to break up with Vienna because she had "trust issues." He also tried to explain why he ended things over the phone. He says he had no choice because their issues were affecting his ability to get into character for his guest stint on Lifetime's Drop Dead Diva. "This show didn't hire me to be Jake, they hired me to play Toby Dalvin. I can't be Jake to sell this character. I've been trying to put all that [Vienna's trust issues] aside so that I can give this character justice, it's been a struggle thinking about my relationship and going in front of the camera and shooting."

The worst part about this for Vienna is that she has to give back the ring! Warner Bros., which produces the show is the actual owner of the $50,000, 2.72 carat diamond and platinum ring. The ring will be reused on a future Bachelor season.

Too bad Ali didn't stay on the show I think things would've worked out better with her. She says she's over Jake though and ready to move forward with one of the guys currently competing for her heart on The Bachelorette. She will be reunited with him and Vienna when Chris Harrison interviews Jake and Vienna on the July 5th episode of The Bachelorette. They taped this show on Wednesday and things got a little dicey between Vienna and Jake!

The rumor was:

Jake got extremely angry at Vienna, "At one point out of nowhere he wheeled back and I thought he was going to throw a punch. He pulled his arm back and his hand was in a fist," a source says. That left Vienna in tears.

After this rumor hit gossip blogs, Bachelor producers denied that threats of physical violence were made. The producers said, "As this was the first time the two had seen one another since their recent breakup, the atmosphere was emotionally charged. However, and contrary to reports that have surfaced about the interview, at no time was anyone ever physically in harm's way, nor was anyone ever threatened with physical violence."

TMZ reports that Jake and Vienna had to be separated and the interview was pretty much over before it began.

A production insider says Vienna was interrupting Jake constantly during the taping "Chris Harrison had to tell her over and over again to let him talk." This insider also says "Vienna was in such a rage, if there was anyone to fear it was her."

WOW! Why would they agree to be on this show so soon after their breakup? I'm sure it was in their contract that they appear on this show regardless of their relationship status, but things were really nasty between them before the producers pulled them into the same room if they had been thinking about good TV they would've called it off don't you think?
