Today I'm thinking about Courtney Cox celebrating her 46th birthday! I can't believe the gorgeous Cougar Town actress is 46! She celebrated her big day with friends Jennifer Aniston, Laura Dern and a few others at Bouchon Beverly Hills. The rowdy group drank wine and the birthday girl celebrated in the all American way with a steak! 

She eats all American, but says she'd rather not look all American. She once said, "I love America, but I'd much rather look exotic or European, like Isabella Rossellini...she's gorgeous." Courtney I think you need to give yourself a little more credit. 

We'll soon be seeing Courtney and her husband on the big screen together again in the next installment of the horror franchise in which they met. They've both been slated to return along with Neve Campbell for Scream 4. Gilmore Girls star, Lauren Graham will also appear in the film as Neve Campbell's character's cousin.
