Today I'm thinkin about how much I love Miranda Lambert. Not only is she a talented singer, awesome performer and really really pretty, but she's down to earth too. 

In an interview with Yahoo!'s The Thread she says, "I'm not that out there with style. I'm pretty much a  boots and jeans kind of girl. That's a reflection of my personality. Also, I'm real big on just being normal size. I'm okay with the way I look. And thank God I didn't get in the modeling industry so I can actually eat food, which makes me happy. But I have a lot of girls who come up to me all the time and say, 'We're so glad you're just normal, you're normal sized and you're not emaciated.' I'm proud to stand for that." 

No matter how down to earth you are it's always fun for a girl to dress up. Miranda says, "I don't go around in red carpet gowns normally or wear them on stage. But it's fun. You go back to being a little girl and you get to play dress-up on awards shows because you come in and there's a stylist with all these cool clothes and great shoes and great dresses. It's like a big girl version of dress up."
