Today I'm thinking about what it would be like to be tall. Us short people always wish we could be taller and tall people wish they could be shorter. It's one of those grass is always greener situations. 

Take a look at this picture. Notice that Julianne Hough and Kellie Pickler are both wearing heels (you can see how incredibly high Kellie's are) and Taylor Swift is wearing flats and she still towers over the other two country blondes. 

Taylor Swift measures a supermodel height of 5'11"! For a woman that's tough considering the average man is 5'10". 

Taylor says tall men make her heart swoon. She says her heart skips a beat when she meets someone taller than her. "The bad thing about being tall is the majority of people are at a different eye level than you, and so you feel like you're looking down to talk to people, which is kind of unnatural looking down to talk to people, and they have to look way up to talk to you." Taylor adds, "It just depends on what group of people you're around. If there are a few scattered tall people in the room or in the group of people that you're talking to, it's not awkward at all. But if you're around a bunch of little, mini-people and you're the only giant in the circle, it can be kind of interesting."

I'm pretty sure I'd be considered a mini-person in Taylor's mind being that I'm only 5'5". I am taller than Kellie Pickler though so I've got that going for me.
