Today I'm thinking about terrible news from "American Idol!" TMZ reports that "American Idol" contestant Crystal Bowersox actually walked off the set of the show two weeks ago calling it quits. Ryan Seacrest chased her down to the parking lot where he used his charm to convince her to stay. 

Crystal, has been a front runner in the competition since the auditions, told Ryan she couldn't handle the competition...she said she hated the attention and said to Seacrest, "What's the point?" She said she was going back to Ohio to be with her family whom she misses terribly. Ryan told Crystal that being on the show was like starting a business, and if she won she'd get a recording contract and become a millionaire. (Lets be real Seacrest you don't need to win to get a contract and become a millionaire). Ryan told Crystal, "The greatest thing I ever did was make enough money so I could buy my mom a house. You can buy your mom a house." 

More Idol news, rumors are flying that Ryan Seacrest may be dating Dancing with the Stars dancer turned country singer Julianne Hough!

Another rumor going around is that Idol may be trying to get Paula Abdul back in the judge's chair. The show's ratings have fallen since the dismissal of the popular judge and now with Simon Cowell leaving the producers are extremely worried about the future of the show.
