Today I'm thinking about all the charities I donate to and all those which I would like to donate to, but can't. All charities are worthy, but most of us can't afford to donate to all of them so we have to choose our charities carefully. This time of year we are all thinking about giving so of course more charities are calling for help. 

Artists Amy Grant, Sara Evans, Pat Green and Rascal Flatts join their fellow American Red Cross National Celebrity Cabinet members in order to support the organization's holiday giving campaign. Sara is included in the online "Gifts that Save the Day" catalog and has voiced a radio public service announcement, while Pat has taken to his facebook account to encourage his fans to "give the gift that saves the day." The guys of Rascal Flatts share, "It gives us great pleasure to be able to work with such a caring wonderful organization like the American Red Cross because of what it provides to this country-and around the world."

Donating a little to a lot of charities goes a long way. It sure makes you feel good to know you are supporting good causes. And if you can't afford to donate, volunteer.
