The NFL lockout is finally over… the players voted to approve the new labor deal on Monday.
In the deal, owners will get a higher percentage of all revenue.
The players persuaded teams to commit to spending nearly all of their salary cap space in cash and won changes to offseason and in-season practice rules that should make the game safer.

The players persuaded teams to commit to spending nearly all of their salary cap space in cash and won changes to offseason and in-season practice rules that should make the game safer.
Club facilities will open to players starting today (Tuesday). 2011 draft picks and rookie free agents can work on their deals.
Teams can also start making trades and begin conversations with veteran free agents from all teams today. However, no player can officially sign until Friday at 6 p.m. ET.
Tomorrow (Wednesday), the first group of teams can report to training camp.
