Jason Aldean kicks off his "2010 Wide Open Tour" in mid-January in Greenville, South Carolina. Headlining is something that Jason has been waiting for years to tackle and now he's doing just that.

Jason said recently "Playing clubs in the early days was just a way for me to figure out how to entertain people. And know that if I went into a club one night and played a show for people that…they weren't necessarily into the kind of songs I was playing, you know… learning how to change it on the fly and going, 'Okay well this isn't working… country's not working let's play southern rock or let's play 80's rock…' Something to get 'em involved in what's going on and once you get their attention, once you get their ear then you can play whatever you want."
