Swift's "You Belong With Me" video hit the #1 spot on the CMT Top 20 Countdown tally of the 20 biggest country music videos of the year. The video spent 19 weeks on the countdown this year and held the top spot for 11 weeks to set a new Top 20 Countdown record. The list is based on an analysis of CMT.com activity, retail sales, radio airplay, other online activity and viewer voting. Rounding out the top five CMT videos of the year are "Whatever It Is," by the Zac Brown Band at #2, Jason Aldean's "She's Country" at #3, "I Told You So" by Carrie Underwood at #4 and "Sweet Thing" by Keith Urban at #5.

On Christmas Eve, Taylor paid a visit to Nashville's Monroe Carrel Jr. Children's hospital at Vanderbilt to play for and meet with some special children and their families. Taylor played a guitar that she said was her "Christmas present" this year. After the performance Taylor took pictures with each patient and their families.

In other Taylor news, What's #1 on Taylor Swift's iTunes celebrity playlist? It's Uncle Kracker's "Smile," according to AOL's The Boot. Taylor says, "This song has been known to turn cloudy days into sunny ones for me, just because it's that happy. It makes me think of whomever I'm thinking of and smile." When Kracker found out that he made Swift's list, he was pleased because it scored him some "huge points" with his children! He explains, "I've never crossed paths with Taylor Swift, but my kids are huge fans of hers. And I'm a fan as well, but it meant more to me that my kids read about that!" While you can find "Smile" on Taylor's playlist on iTunes, it can also be found on Uncle Kracker's current album, Happy Hour.
