Using my Green Mountain Pellet Grill, Daniel Boone Model from Charlie's Hardware and Rental Hwy 153 Mosinee available in two different sizes and starting at $599. The pellets for the grill are from American Wood Fibers and are available in  5 flavors Mesquitte, Oak, Maple, Apple and Hickory..and can be purchased from Zillman's Meats Wausau, The Pool People, Charlie's Hardware, RA Miller Supply, R-Stores and Marathon Feed.

This week was time for some great Beef Top Sirloin from Ski's Meat Market. This week Dave from Ski's MEat Market Hwy 10 in St. Point, gave me one of his 18 Flavors of Brats Onion and Garlic. MMMMMMMM Good. I cooked them for 15 minutes at 450.   I used my Green Mountain Pellet grill Daniel Boone model from Charlies Hardware and Rental Hwy 153, Mosinee.
