This week was time for some Great thick Pork Chops. Believe it or not, I marinated them in "Pickle Juice" over night. I then used a Pork Rub and let it sit for a couple of hours. Cooked them at 400 for about 20 minutes. You will love the taste. I usually use my Green Mountain Pellet grill Daniel Boone model from Charlies Hardware and Rental Hwy 153, Mosinee. If you've never tried anything on a pellet grill....do it today.
