Posted by Joe Cassady on

INGREDIENTS

9 cups Corn Chex, Rice Chex or Wheat Chex cereal, or combine

2 cups Bite-Size Pretzel Twists

2 cups Bite cups Bite Size Cheese Crackers

6 tablespoons butter or margarine

1 package (1 oz) Ranch Dressing and Seasoning Mix

DIRECTIONS

In a large bowl, measure cereal, pretzels and crackers.

In a small bowl, melt butter or margarine, then add ranch dressing packet. Mix well together. Pour over cereal and coat well.

Microwave uncovered on high for 3 minutes, stirring after each minute.

Spread on waxed paper or foil to cool.

Store in airtight container.

Makes 26 servings (1/2 cup each)

NOTE - I make mine in a conventional oven at 275 degrees. It takes 45 min to 1 hour. I use large stainless mixing bowl which holds about 30 cups.

I melt the butter or margarine in the bowl. Stir in Ranch Dressing. Add cereal mixture and coat well. Bake 15 minutes and stir well. Repeat 3 times.

Let cool and store in airtight container.
