1 CUP CHUNKY PEANUT BUTTER
2 LBS WHITE CHOCOLATE
2 CUPS RICE KRISPIES
2 CUPS PEANUTS OR CASHEWS (LIGHTLY SALTED)
2 CUPS WHITE MINIATURE MARSHMALLOWS
DIRECTIONS
MELT CHOCOLATE IN MICROWAVE OR OVEN HEATED TO 250 DEGREES (I DO NOT USE THE MICROWAVE AS THE CHOCOLATE BURNS TOO EASILY FOR ME)
ADD PEANUT BUTTER MIX WITH CHOCOLATE
LET COOL A LITTLE AND ADD RICE KRISPIES AND PEANUTS.
LET COOL AGAIN AND ADD THE MARSHMALLOWS.
DROP BY HEAPING TEASPOONFUL ONTO WAXED PAPER.
THESE SET UP IN ABOUT AN HOUR. WHEN HARD, STORE IN PLASTIC STORAGE BOXES. SEPARATE LAYERS WITH WAXED PAPER.
MAKES ABOUT 75 TO 80 PIECES.
