Batman arrested back home

I was reading some news online from back home in Northern Michigan, and I came across this story. A guy was dressed as Batman, and on rooftops. I worked at a radio station not too far from where this was, and at one point, I had an office just blocks away, and this would explain why I NEVER got mugged or anything...Batman was on duty!
