Sex offenders in Simi Valley are trying to get the state to allow them to hand out candy on Halloween... they say it's their First Amendment right!!!  Thoughts?

Before you rush to judgement, what about the offenders that were dating in high school and one of them was 18?  Should we have to avoid their houses too?  Just a thought...
