Today is our son's 7th birthday.  Happy Birthday Jackson!!!!

We purchased a cookie from the store that had a generic plastic "Happy Birthday" sign on it.  Our plan was to remove it and write "Happy Bday Jack" on it with frosting.  However, there was a big glob of frosting in the middle holding the other sign on.  

Hmmm... what should we do with the big white blob of frosting...

Great idea, but can we pull it off? ...
