Is it ok to evict a tenant if they are a Bears fan?  I don't see a problem with it!  Afterall, they are defacing the property!  LOL

A landlord in Green Bay wants to evict his tenants because they lied on their application and actually ARE Bears fans.  They've decorated the house and yard with Bears decorations and now the landlord wants them out.  He's afraid that the decorations could cause drunk Packers fans to damage his property!
