For the past 4 years I've had the honor of emceeing the End Of Watch golf outing.  The outing was established to celebrate the lives of three Deputies, Mike Shannon, Bruce Williams and Rick Meyer, who were all tragically killed in the Line of Duty in 2003.  

Today (Aug. 24th, 2012) Adams County will dedicate a memorial to honor the life and work of Deputy Michael Shannon.

I encourage you to take a moment today to not only remember Mike, but all of the officers, firefighters, soldiers and other heros that protect us on a daily basis and risk their lives to keep us safe.  NEVER FORGET!!! - Bry
